Part of our chocolate production is done by our sister company MO, which uses these powerful machines by Italian specialist PackInt. It’s with no doubt a semi industrial production line: cleaning, roasting, winnowing, pre-grinding, grinding (ball-mill) and conching 400kg of chocolate every day.
