In Summer 2021 we fulfilled a dream of ours: producing chocolate at a larger, semi-industrial scale, which allows us to compete with the chocolate industry in Belgium and France, pricewise. As single origin makers it was never a question of quality and flavour, IMHO. In partnership with NAO (organic, bulk chocolate bars) we set up MO Chocolate Factory Brussels, using high end machinery (see PackInt) and fine origin cacao to propose to professionals in Brussels and beyond to finally work with affordable quality and ethical chocolate.
